Maybe some time or other we also experience bereavement, either by the failure of a relationship or a death of a loved one. The experience of grief feels insurmountable and you may need to seek support through this painful time.
We offer a safe, peaceful and confidential environment where you can explore issues/problems you are experiencing.
In one to one 50 minute sessions we will help you to facilitate change, overcome distress and look at old patterns of behaviour. These sessions will enable you to think differently about your life and help you to alleviate stress and unhappiness.
